The CDC and the KDPH recommends reducing your risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that is the cause of COVID-19 disease in people, by limiting the survival of the virus in your environment.
THORODRY uses a highly concentrated, oxygen-powered solution to seek out and destroy microbes that could be lurking on surfaces or in the air. It leaves no residue, is completely safe for the environment, and can break down the cells of even the most dangerous virus within minutes.
Because you are making every effort to reduce your chance of illness, THORODRY can help with limiting the survival of harmful germs in your surroundings. We use an EPA-approved sanitization application to eliminate these microorganisms in your home, business, and auto.
Indoor air sanitization and surface disinfection reduces the spread of bacteria and viruses. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website states:
"Current evidence suggests that novel coronavirus may remain viable for hours to days on surfaces made from a variety of materials. Cleaning of visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection is a best practice measure for prevention of COVID-19 and other viral respiratory illnesses in households and community settings."
Did you know that Cleaning and Disinfecting are different things?
-
Cleaning removes dirt, debris, and grease, but it doesn't kill germs. Cleaning is a necessary step for products that do kill germs to be more effective. Since a disinfectant doesn’t know the difference between greasy soil and bacteria, it is best to pre-clean soil first. This way there is more active disinfectant to attack germs instead of attacking dirt.
-
Applying an industrial strength disinfectant can reduce bacteria and viruses on a non-porous surface by at least 99.9%, lowering the risk of spreading an infection.
We apply a powerful NON-TOXIC disinfectant to all exposed hard and soft surfaces using a room fogger which works to destroy microorganisms in even the most hard-to-reach areas.
A combination of touchpoint cleaning and application of a disinfectant to these and other surfaces is a proven strategy to break the chain of infection.
This sanitization method can eliminate 99.9% of a wide range of disease-causing microorganisms, including Human Coronavirus (SARS-Associated). The coronavirus named SARS-CoV-2 is the cause of COVID-19 disease in people. - CDC.gov
Used in healthcare facilities, nursing homes and elder care sites, food establishments, schools and school busses, day care centers, hotels, salons, veterinary clinics, vehicles, RVs, offices, and many commercial, institutional, and industrial sites.
Not every germ can be reached. A note about porous surfaces, such as carpets, and upholstery: regular cleaning of soft surfaces will go a long way in keeping them germ-free. These soft surfaces don’t transmit germs as easily when kept clean, and applying sanitizer to them is another layer of protection for the hard to reach areas within the fabric.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE SOILED CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANED PRIOR TO SANITIZATION. THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE IF DESIRED.

After Sanitization - Tips to Use Household Disinfectant Products Effectively:
-
To eliminate the virus, the surface must stay wet for the entire time on the label. Look for "contact time" or "dwell time".
-
Surface wipes can dry out during use. They must remain wet to be effective.
-
Each product has only been shown to work where the label says it can be used. Look for "use sites" on the label.
-
Disinfectants may not work on all surfaces. Follow the label carefully.
-
"Cleaning" wipes do not eliminate viruses. They do not make claims to disinfect and are not registered by the U.S. EPA.
-
Follow the label's "precautionary statements". If no label guidance is provided, consider wearing gloves, and eye protection.
